« A lively Bordeaux with a good portion of Cabernet Franc in the blend (40%) adding a great amount of luscious acidity. A biodynamic wine made from younger vines. Unoaked.
This wine a perfect balance of Merlot, Cabernet franc and Sauvigon is crafted in the classic Bordeaux style. 
It has a spicy bouquet, deep color and exhibits full-bodied flavors of cherry, blackberry and spice. Try it now with grilled vegetables, pasta, or cellar it for 5 to 7 years.
This cuvée is a prime example of the potential of our “Terroir” developing maximum varietal character. Well-integrated tannins, oak and acidity give it a rich texture and a long, elegant finish. 
It drinks well on release, paired contemporary dish, however this wine will continue to improve with careful cellaring for up to 8 years
« The Reserve cuvée is a bottle of their oldest vines of Merlot that were aged in cask for two years. Some of the oak was new which adds an elegant spiced aspect to this delicious Bordeaux. The richness begs for a place at the dinner table and will complement any number of equally rich, meat-based dishes.»
